How to take part
There’s no need to register for the sessions during the week as we’ll be streaming them throughout the day. And if you miss an event, don’t worry, as everything will be available afterwards via an on-demand service.

Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent staff Wellbeing
Week 25 April – 1 May 2022
Join us for the first annual Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System (ICS) Wellbeing Event, which is taking place from Monday 25 April to Sunday 1 May 2022.
This event is open to all health and care staff, and their families, working for organisations based in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
We know that local staff all do an amazing job caring and looking after others. This week aims to provide you with some support and reminders to make time to care for yourselves, too.
We will have celebrities and world-renowned guest speakers (watch this space to find out who). There will also be serious, educational, and insightful topics covered via webinars and plenty of fun activities to get involved in! These range from cooking on open fires, to the Japanese Art of Ikigai, to laughter yoga and doodling sessions.
We have even organised bedtime reading to help with children’s bedtimes and, on the Friday, a mocktail/cocktail introductory class.
With over 70 sessions spread throughout the week, including weekends and evenings, there is something for everyone. If you cannot make a session that you really want to join, then we have you covered! All sessions (except Q&As at the end) will be recorded and available to view online afterwards.
There will be prizes and giveaways throughout the week, so make sure you get involved and encourage those around you to get involved too!
Remember, to care for others, we also need to make time to care for ourselves.
